How do team workspaces work on Sync?

You want to understand how team workspaces work, how to invite members, or how billing works for teams on Sync.

Which plans include team workspaces?

Team workspaces are available on the Growth and Scale plans:

  • Growth ($49/mo) — 3 team seats included, additional seats at $25/mo each

  • Scale ($249/mo) — 5 team seats included

The Hobbyist and Creator plans are individual plans and do not include team workspaces.

How team billing works

With a team workspace:

  • The subscription and all usage charges are billed to the team owner’s payment method

  • All team members share the plan’s features (concurrency limits, video length, voice clones, etc.)

  • Usage from all team members contributes to the same usage invoice

Inviting team members

To add members to your team workspace:

  1. Log in to sync.so

  2. Go to Settings in the left-hand sidebar

  3. Navigate to the Team section

  4. Click Add Members and enter their email address(s)

  5. They’ll receive an email invitation to join your workspace

Removing team members

Team owners and admins can remove members from the same Settings > Team section. Removing a member revokes their access immediately but does not affect past usage charges.

Upgrading to a team plan

If you’re on Hobbyist or Creator and need a team workspace, you can upgrade:

  1. Go to Billing in the left-hand sidebar

  2. Click Upgrade or visit sync.so/pricing

  3. Choose Growth or Scale

Your new plan takes effect immediately and you’ll be prorated for the remaining billing cycle.
