This is particularly useful if you suspect former employees or other users may still have access, or if you want to refresh your account security.
Answer
Currently, there is no self-service option to log out from all active sessions. Since the platform uses email login without a password, you'll need to contact our support team to manually terminate all your active sessions.
To request this:
Contact our support team via email or through the support chat
Request that all active sessions be terminated for your account
Our support team will manually delete all existing sessions
You will need to sign back in after the sessions are cleared
Our support team can see how many active sessions are currently associated with your account and will remove them all at once. After the sessions are terminated, you'll need to sign back in to continue using the platform.
