How do I cancel my subscription?

You want to cancel your active subscription and stop future billing. This can be done through your account's billing page or by contacting support if you encounter issues.

Answer

You can cancel your subscription yourself by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://sync.so/billing/subscription

  2. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button at the top right of the page

  3. This will take you to a Stripe-hosted billing portal where you can complete the cancellation

What if I can't see the cancel button or it's not working?

If you're unable to cancel your subscription through the billing page, this could be due to:

  • Your subscription being associated with a different email address
