Why is my payment method notification persisting even after updating my card?

Context
After updating your payment method in the Sync billing dashboard, you may still see a notification prompting you to update your card. This is usually a caching or sync delay between Stripe and the Sync dashboard.
Answer
- Clear your browser cache and refresh the billing page.
- Wait 5–10 minutes — Stripe payment method updates can take a few minutes to propagate.
- Verify in Stripe directly — Go to sync.so/billing/subscription → Manage billing to confirm the new card is saved.
- If the notification persists after 30 minutes, email [email protected] with your account email.
