Since sync. pricing is subscription + usage you should make sure the card you submit has enough balance to auto-pay invoices all the time. It enables off-session payments successfully go through to keep your subscription active
If you have enough balance on your card and still facing issue of failed payment issue leading to your subscription cancellation, you should check if you have completed 3D secure authentication for payments to succeed
We set it up in a way for you to get an email with a link you can visit to complete 3D secure authentication
