How do I request a refund for my subscription?

Context
If you've been charged for a subscription that you forgot to cancel, no longer need, or didn't intend to renew, you can request a refund. This commonly happens when users forget to cancel before the billing date or when subscriptions auto-renew unexpectedly.
Answer
You can request a refund yourself by following these steps:
Click "Manage billing"
This will take you to Stripe, where you'll find an option to request a refund while canceling your subscription
If you're unable to process the refund through the self-service option, you can contact support with your account email address for assistance. The support team can help cancel your subscription and process refunds for charges you didn't intend to incur.
Note: For Creator Program participants, be aware that CPP credits have expiration dates. Once your credits expire, you'll be charged for usage according to your selected plan.
